During my 10+ years at Amway, I had the opportunity to shape and refine the company’s global and regional marketing strategies across the Asia Pacific and beyond. As a content strategist and digital marketer, I led initiatives like the "Creators" influencer marketing program, which significantly boosted user-generated content and brand advocacy. Collaborating with international teams, I launched impactful campaigns, managed global video content, and directed content transcreation efforts that promoted best practices and encouraged asset sharing across markets.
I also took charge of enhancing and streamlining Amway's digital footprint by developing social media guidelines, conducting regional audits, and driving strategic decisions with data-driven insights. Additionally, I developed and launched a social media and community-building training program that had me travelling across the region, training large groups of marketing stakeholders throughout the Asia Pacific.





Rogers Construction
Group
Rogers Construction Group engaged me to help elevate their LinkedIn presence, aiming to showcase their position as industry leaders. Over the past 12 months on LinkedIn, they created 83 posts, surpassing competitors by 120.4%, and achieved a 13.4% engagement rate, outperforming competitors by 35.5%. Through ongoing consulting, I collaborate with professional videographers and photographers to capture the grandeur and precision of their large-scale construction projects. Additionally, I’ve worked closely with them to develop essential marketing materials, including their capability statement and accountability charts.

Crybaby Productions
In collaboration with Australian production company Crybaby Productions, I developed a tailored organic social media strategy for the Australian sunless tanning brand Le Tan. The strategy was crafted to amplify brand presence and engage their target audience, focusing on community growth, brand awareness, and increased engagement. My role involved strategic content planning and creating UGC influencer briefs for their META and TikTok profiles.
Beyond Le Tan, I also partnered with Crybaby Productions to develop UGC influencer briefs for Plunketts, an Australian pharmaceutical brand, for Chemist Warehouse. Additionally, I created an in-house organic social media strategy for Crybaby Productions themselves, strategically aligning their social media platforms with on-trend content that harmonises with their brand identity.





Yoga Bare
Located in the heart of the Hawkesbury, northwest of Sydney CBD, Yoga Bare is a holistic health hub that is the home of zen. I partnered closely with the owner to develop a straightforward, high-level social media strategy, perfectly aligning with the studio’s vibe and connecting deeply with their audience.
Our mission is to establish Yoga Bare as the leading studio in the Hawkesbury community and beyond. We are dedicated to creating engaging, on-trend short-form video content for their Instagram channel, showcasing their world-class instructors, unique experiences, events, and the full range of holistic health services. Through regular 1:1 Power Sessions, I provide ongoing support to keep their digital presence fresh and vibrant.
Recently, Yoga Bare entrusted me with a transformative rebrand, set to debut in late 2024, to elevate their online identity. Our goal is to capture the feeling of being part of the Yoga Bare community, engaging with the audience through personalised, emotionally rich content that resonates.
